Remote PC Data Backup Access
Internet Explorer Required
Internet Explorer browser and Java is required for Remote Web Access. If you don't already have IE installed on your
computer, click here for a free download of
IE6.
To log in and securely access your files, click the "Log In Now" link below, then enter your:
- Email Address: Enter your Account ID (displayed on your RDB program home screen*) or the email
+address you registed with (Options > Name & Address*). Changed your account e-mail address within the program?
Please update us.
- Password: Enter your Encryption Key (Options > Security > View Encryption Key). If you set an Account
Password, use it instead (click Print on the View Encryption Key page*).
- Reminder: Keep 2 printed copies of your Account ID and Encryption Key handy in case you
need it.
