PC Data Backups

Uninstall Instructions

1) RDB System Tray Icon

1. To transfer an account to another computer, you first need to uninstall the version currently running on your old computer.
2. First, close down the program by right clicking on the PC Data Backups icon in the lower right corner next to your clock. Click Close System Tray.

2) PC Data Backups (remove only)

1. Click the Windows Start button, move to the Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, and scroll down to PC Data Backups, and click the Change/Remove button.
2. Click OK. PC Data Backups will be removed. If an error occurs during uninstall, Reboot your computer. Then move to step 3.

3) Programs / Startup menu

1. To insure removal was complete, click the Start button, then Programs, and check for a PC Data Backups icon in the Startup directory.
2. If there is one, right click and delete it.

4) Program Files Directory

1. Open Windows Explorer from the Start / Programs directory. Explore to find the C:/Program Files/PC Data Backups directory.
2. If there still is one, delete it. Uninstall should now be coimplete.
