Remote Web Access Instructions

1) Open Remote Web Access Login

1. Click on the logo on any page of our Website to get to the home page.
2. Remote Web Access requires Java. If you don't already have it, click the "Get Java" link below the header to install it free.
3. Click the "Remote Web Access" heading half way down the left column.

2) Secure Remote Access Login

1. Enter your 10-digit account number and encryption phrase.
   • If you forgot either, you can find them in the PC Data Backups software by following the instructions below the login screen.
2. Click the Login button.

3) Select Files to Download tab

1. Wait a moment for the applet to load.
2. Click the "+" next to My Computer to expand the tree view and explore your backup folders.
3. Click the box next to the files you want to retrieve. A green check will appear. Click the "Prepare Selected Files for Download" button.
4. When the window refreshes, the checkboxes disappear next to the files you have selected.
5. To download files, click the "Download Files" tab.

4) Download Files tab

1. Click the "here" link to the right for each file listed.
2. If you are trying to download a Web document (HTML, JPG, GIF, PDF, etc.) right click the "here" link, then "Save As". Otherwise the document will open directly in the browser Window.

5) File Download dialog

1. Click the "Save" button.

6) Save As dialog

1. Browse to the folder you wish to save it in, then click "Save".
