How can I backup more than 30GB of data?
I need to back up more than 30 GB of data. Does PC Data Backups offer plans with more than 30GB of space?
Our largest size is the 30GB package. Enterprise Level backup services providing more than 30 GB of storage space are
available, but they are very expensive!
RESOLUTION: You can create a second account on another computer on your network.
The second account will have to be created using the mapped
drive version of our software. You will need to install the
mapped drive version software on a computer that has
access to the data on the server.
You will want to contact PC Data Backups technical support prior to installing this account, unless you have done the mapped
drive version installation before. You will also want to refer to the special
instructions required required in order for the mapped drive software to work.
