What happens if I cancel my account early?
If you select either the Quarterly or Annual payment option on your PC Data Backups account, and then cancel early, you
may request a refund.
The amount of your refund will be determined by multiplying the months you have used PC Data Backups (*rounded up) times
the normal monthly rate for your size account or accounts, then subtracting that from your most recent payment. That is because
we reserved data space for your size backup account when you originally signed up for the term selected. That term is no longer
valid.
Most Recent Payment - (Normal Monthly Payment Amount x Months Used*) = Refund Due.
The refund will be mailed to you as a check. It will be sent to the name, company and address listed as the owner
on the account (or accounts) that are being closed.
