Why should I turn off my backup until I have completed my retrieve operations?

When you need to retrieve your data, it is always recommended that you turn off your backups until you have completely retrieved your data.

If backups continue, you will have to select the specific date of the files you are looking for, in order to see those files in the retrieve view.

If backups continue, each backup will push the needed data closer to being removed from the backup set.  Remember we only backup 10 versions of your files, and only for 90 days (whichever is less.)
