What does this error message mean: During your last backup, you used a newer version of this software. In order to continue your software must be updated. Restart the Agent after this update?
This error means that you are attempting to re install PC Data Backups software with a version of the PC Data Backups soft ware that is older than the account you have with us.
Your software is updated automatically to the latest version.
To resolve this issue:
- Remove the PC Data Backups software.
- Go to the Download webpage and get the latest version of PC Data Backups
software.
- Follow the normal instructions for re-installing a PC Data Backups account.
