What does this error mean - Could not connect: Connection refused. The Data Center was located but it is temporarily busy.Issue: When you try to run a backup, it fails and you get a waiting to retry pop-up message box. Then when you open you PC Data Backups log folder you see the following error in the details page of the log: “…Could not connect: Connection refused. The Data Center was located but it is temporarily busy. (ID: 107) …Trying secondary Data Center... …Could not connect: Connection refused. The Data Center was located but it is temporarily busy. (ID: 107)” What should I do? This somewhat misleading error means that the PC Data Backups software cannot access the internet. 95% of the time this error relates to a software firewall setting that is blocking the PC Data Backups software. You will need to configure your software firewall setting to allow "Agent Service Module" or "AgentSRV.exe" to access the Internet.
