Can I use my computer while PC Data Backups is backing up?
PC Data Backups takes little CPU time except for the first few minutes when scanning drives and files. You should be able to
use most applications without a problem. Just be aware that any open files will not be backed up and you will see error
messages in the log files about them. In particular, the large Outlook .pst
file will not be backed up if Outlook is running, so we strongly recommend closing Outlook before starting a backup.
